The Location

The apartment is conveniently situated on the popular Estrada Monumental where many 5 star hotels and restaurants are located.

Restaurants, bars, shops, supermarket and banks are all within a few minutes walk.

There is a bus stop outside the apartment together with a taxi rank; Funchal city centre is a 10 minute ride on the bus, taxi or by car.

There is a coastal promenade adjacent to the apartment complex, which also gives access to natural rock pools and swimming pools for bathing.


 Accommodation

The apartment faces seawards and with its’ 7th Floor location enjoys beautiful sea views.  The apartment is serviced by a lift.  There are landscaped gardens in the centre of the new complex, which can be viewed from the balcony. 

              

The total floor area of the apartment is a generous 86 square metres and comprises of one double bedroom, one full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge/diner, and balcony.   The bedroom, lounge/diner and kitchen have windows to the front aspect, with a large panoramic window leading out to the balcony.   The furnishings of the apartment  are of a high standard. 

     


     

Tariff for 2007 for 2 people for one week  £ 350.

The rate above is per week, not per person.

Linen and towels are provided and are changed weekly.


We would request a 25% deposit at the time of booking followed by the balance six
weeks prior to the departure date.

We would prefer Monday to Monday occupancy, but please check with us for availability on other days if you are unable to get a Monday flight.

Transport from and to the airport can be arranged on request.
Please note that unfortunately we are unable to accept bookings from
 parties that include children under the age of 12 years old!
